Paul Davis Restoration

I had a flood in my house and the work done by the Paul Davis team was exceptional. The attention to detail, professionalism and responsiveness to my requests and needs was excellent. I would definitely recommend Paul Davis to anyone.

Do not use this company! Would give zero stars if I could! This Bay City location is terrible! They took 3 months to finish a job they told us would be done in 2 weeks. We would take off work to be home when they said they were coming, and no one would show up. We would call but no one seemed to know what was going on or took charge. No one ever apologized for all of the times no one came. Every week day they said we will be back tomorrow, they showed up for about three hours a day for two to three days weekly. Never covered huge holes. Each different employee that came would talk terribly about the other employees and their boss about how awful they were. The company does have a 'secretary' but she's completely unorganized and never seems to have any answers. I talked to owner about my issues with company and he was upset that I bothered him personally. His name is Jason A. Horrible people skills. In it for money only and doesn't care about the service his company gives. We weren't sure they were ever coming back to finish. We had to jump through hoops just to get work what we had paid for done. We later found out one of the workers was hospitalized with covid. I was told by Aubrey (the secretary) that he should have been calling me personally to tell me he wasn't coming. Even while he was in the hospital?! In the contract, and we were charged for, we were told there would be a clean up crew at the end that would come in and wipe down our cupboard and clean up the drywall mess. Never happened. They did sweep before they left each day, but that was the extent of the cleanup. This company is a joke. I hope this review saves someone the stress, time and money we went through. They don't do half of the stuff you will end up paying for in contract.

I love this company. They have been nothing but extremely helpful. I feel they are more on top of their game than the insurance and much more caring. I have been using them to help my mother and feel anyone in the same boat, should do the same. I am still in the process of getting help so have to wait to see the finished product still. Going by the way things have been so far..I'm eager to see the finished product. Jeremy, Austin, and Nick are all great.

We’ve used Paul Davis for a multitude of things in the past, and most recently for our flooded basement. Each and every time they do an EXCEPTIONAL job with whatever the task is. Jason, Nick, and the rest of the Paul Davis team did an amazing job helping my family through a not so amazing situation and making sure we had nothing to worry about on our end. Thanks again guys!!

Paul Davis is top notch! When you are in a panic you know they are they for you. They have very nice people working for them and they all take pride in their quality of work. It shows! As a homeowner and also an insurance agent... It speaks volumes that I refer everyone to them first! I think everyone should have their contact info programmed in their phones! 10 stars! ⭐️
